COVID-19 Treatment for Unvaccinated Citizens in Armenia May Become Paid: Cost Details

Treatment for unvaccinated citizens against COVID-19 in Armenia will soon be available on a paid basis. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Minister of Health, Hripsime Khachatryan, in an interview with "Haykakan Jamanak." The issue is already being discussed within the ministry.

The treatment is expected to be quite expensive, costing approximately 800,000 AMD for citizens. However, Khachatryan did not specify when this change would take effect.

Currently, citizens infected with the COVID-19 virus are receiving treatment funded by the state.
