We Don't Know Who Is on That Plane or What Cargo It Carries, but They Have No Right to Transport Weapons - Revazyan Elaborates
The head of the Civil Aviation Committee, Tatevik Revazyan, commented today on the incident of an Azerbaijani plane passing through the airspace of Armenia during a live broadcast on Public Television, stating that she does not know what is being transported by the aircraft.
“Many people were curious about how we determine that weapons are not being transported on a civilian aircraft,” journalist Petros Ghazaryan questioned Revazyan. “We actually do not know who is on that plane or what cargo is being transported by the aircraft. However, according to international law, they have no right to transport weapons on a civilian aircraft. That is a very serious violation,” Revazyan responded.
