Former MP Naira Zohrabyan wrote on her Facebook page: "Today, Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan announced that the serviceman Arthur Boris Davidian, born in 1989, who accidentally crossed into Azerbaijani territory on August 22 and was captured, is being returned to Armenia.

At this moment, Arthur is already in Stepanakert and will soon be transferred to Yerevan's Muratsan Military Hospital.

Arthur just spoke with his relatives, and I cannot convey the joy and happiness that Arthur's family expressed to me when they heard their son's voice. In a few hours, Arthur's relatives will embrace their son. I truly hope to hear good news like this every day, and that all the mothers of our prisoners will hold their sons in their arms again."
