Changes to the Minister's Decision of October 1: What Will Change

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia is reviewing and will determine when working individuals infected with and recovered from coronavirus will be required to present PCR test results or vaccination certificates. This was stated by Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan during a Q&A session with government members in the National Assembly, responding to a question from Aregnaz Manukyan from the 'Armenia' faction regarding why a person who has been infected and recovered, and has antibodies, is still required to present a PCR test result.

'Taking this circumstance into account, our professional group is currently working on certain amendments and supplements to the minister's order. We will see, and we will have the final conclusion tomorrow. Based on that, we will consider when we will require the presentation of PCR test results or vaccination certificates after an individual has been infected and recovered,' said Avanesyan.
