COVID-19 Situation in Armenia

As of October 5 at 11:00 AM, 891 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Armenia, bringing the total number of infections to 266,208. This information is provided by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.

The total number of tests conducted amounts to 1,761,967, with 6,904 new tests performed in the last day. Currently, there are 14,193 patients being treated, which is a decrease of 333 over the past day.

The latest data shows that 245,376 individuals have recovered, with 534 recoveries reported in the last day. In terms of fatalities, 22 citizens have died from COVID-19 in the last day, raising the total number of deaths to 5,419.

On the previous day, two deaths were registered where COVID-19 was confirmed, but the cause of death was attributed to other illnesses. The total number of such cases is 1,220.
