Azerbaijan Welcomes Armenia's Positive Signals on Turkey Relations, Says Aliyev

Azerbaijan welcomes the positive signals and statements coming from Armenia aimed at normalizing relations with Turkey. This was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, as reported by Interfax Azerbaijan.

"We welcome the statements directed towards the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia. We openly declare our support for them. We believe that this is necessary for the region," Aliyev stated during a meeting in occupied Jabrayil, emphasizing that "it is necessary to eliminate any possibility of war in the region."
