Vaccination or PCR Test Certificate to Be Attached to Employee's Personal File
As of October 1, it is no longer mandatory to present a negative COVID test result or a vaccination certificate. Although the Minister of Health’s order takes effect on that date, citizens can still submit their test or vaccination papers within 14 days, until October 14.
According to reports, the Department of General Education of the city hall has sent a letter to the schools under its jurisdiction detailing several aspects related to the Minister of Health's order: “In compliance with the instruction of the Mayor of Yerevan, dated September 28, 2021, N21/122854, we inform that it is necessary to fulfill the requirements of the Minister of Health's order No. 65-N, dated August 20, 2021, which made amendments to the previous orders of August 4 and September 18, 2020, specifically to organize the following:
- Submission of a negative result certificate from the coronavirus PCR test every 14 days by unvaccinated employees, with a maximum validity of 72 hours, and maintenance of the registry approved by the order (Form 4).
- Registration of the vaccination certificate data (information) for full or single-dose vaccinated employees in the registry stipulated by the order (Form 5) and attachment of a copy of the certificate (information) to the employee's personal file.
At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of relevant amendments in internal disciplinary rules, explicitly defining that failure to comply with the requirements set by the order constitutes a disciplinary violation.”
