Kocharian Discusses Cooperation with Serzh Sargsyan
There is a connection with Serzh Sargsyan, but there is no planned action. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, during a press conference while answering a question about whether the actions of him and third President Serzh Sargsyan are coordinated.
“The factions communicate with each other in parliament, but outside of that, not yet,” said Robert Kocharian.
