Where Saakashvili is, a circus occurs: Peskov
The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, has stated that the Kremlin sees no risk associated with the visit of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to his homeland, as reported by gazeta.ru.
During a daily briefing with journalists, Peskov remarked, "Wherever Saakashvili is, a circus is taking place." He emphasized, "It is important that this circus does not pose any danger to the citizens of any country where this citizen is located."
It should be noted that earlier today, Saakashvili announced that he had returned to Georgia and released a short video from the city of Batumi. The country's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that Saakashvili had not crossed the state border, while it has been reported that the politician displayed a ticket for a flight from Kyiv to Tbilisi, set to depart at 23:05.
