The Conflict is Not Over and There is a Need for Resolution of Its Components: Armen Grigoryan

"The conflict is not over and there is a need for the components of the conflict, which have not been resolved, to also be addressed, as confirmed by the visit of the OSCE Minsk Group to the region," said Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan during a broadcast on Public Television.

Commenting on Azerbaijan's statements regarding the delimitation and demarcation of borders, Grigoryan added that Armenia is ready for delimitation, but has not received any positive signals from Azerbaijan recently.

"In May, Azerbaijan also said it was ready, but a few days ago, in statements by the President of Azerbaijan within the framework of the UN, we did not receive positive signals indicating that Azerbaijan is ready for delimitation and demarcation," Grigoryan said.

According to Grigoryan, we can move forward by starting the delimitation and demarcation process with the mediation of Russia, providing a solution to the existing issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and also attempting to resolve the other existing issues.
