Former Commander of the Defense Army Given New Position

The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on October 1, appointing Mikael Arzumanyan as the Chief Advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh.

Prior to this, Arzumanyan served as the commander of the Defense Army. He submitted his resignation on September 11.
