Azerbaijani Businessman Telman Ismailov Arrested

The former director of the Cherkizovo Market, Azerbaijani businessman Telman Ismailov, has been arrested in Montenegro. Ismailov is a well-known figure in Azerbaijan.

The former owner of the Cherkizovo Market faces charges of organizing the murders of two businessmen. He was apprehended on Russian orders. Several criminal cases have been opened against Ismailov in Russia and Europe.
