Tonoyan Rejects Charges. Lawyer Provides Details

Davtian Tonoyan does not accept the charges brought against him. This was reported to Аrmlur.am by his lawyer Sergey Hovhannisyan.

He noted that the act attributed to Tonoyan is refuted by evidence already obtained in the criminal case, but did not provide further details. The lawyer also stated that at this moment, Davtian Tonoyan has not given any testimony.

According to Hovhannisyan, the request for Tonoyan's arrest is completely unfounded, and the current restrictions on him are illegal. When asked whether there are specific testimonies against Tonoyan, he replied that there are no testimonies at all.
