Hanging the Prime Minister's Photo in the Office is a Personal Stance: Minister of Justice
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is our leader, and in general, the photograph of the head of state is a symbol. Yes, there are times during work hours when looking at the photograph reminds me to be honest, impartial, and uphold all the requirements that our Prime Minister has set for us,” said Karen Andreasyan, Minister of Justice of Armenia, during a conversation with journalists after a Cabinet meeting. He was responding to a question about whether Pashinyan's photo is hanging in his office and if he looks at it when making decisions.
“Symbols help me remember the values for which I am working,” the minister added. According to Andreasyan, whatever is not prohibited is permitted, and hanging the Prime Minister's photo in his office is a personal stance.
