The Prosecutor's Office does not deny reports regarding the possible arrest of former Minister of Defense David Tonoyan and the search being conducted at his residence. This is reported by "Pastinfo".
According to information circulating in the media, a search has been carried out at David Tonoyan's home within the framework of a criminal case being investigated by the National Security Service related to arms supply, and it is not ruled out that he may be arrested.
Searches are also being conducted at the residences of former head of military aviation Avetik Muradyan and Deputy Chief of the General Staff Stepan Galstyan.
"Pastinfo" contacted the Prosecutor’s Office to clarify the circumstances under which the search at David Tonoyan's residence was carried out and whether a decision has been made regarding his arrest. However, the Prosecutor's Office indicated that no information is being provided at this time, essentially not denying the reports concerning the search conducted at Tonoyan's apartment and the possibility of his arrest.
