Deadline for Submitting Documents for Deferral from Military Draft

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia has announced that the deadline for submitting documents for deferral from compulsory military service is October 31, 2021.

In accordance with the requirements of the Government of Armenia's decision No. 451-N, dated April 12, 2018, citizens who have made significant achievements in the fields of science and education are eligible to apply for a deferral from the military draft. Applications can be submitted to the Ministry from October 1, 2021, to October 31, 2021, inclusive.

The application (in the prescribed format) and the original and copies of the necessary documents as per the requirements of decision No. 451-N must be submitted to the General Department of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport. Applicants will receive a receipt confirming the registration of their application in the ministry.
