Evidence related to military operations conducted at the heights known as "Nzhdeh" ("Lele-Tepe") in Mehakavan, Hadrut, Mets Tagher, Taghavard, Sghnakhi, Karin Tak, and Shushi, which has been publicly presented on various platforms and has been brought to the attention of law enforcement, as well as all data received from parents and relatives of deceased or missing servicemen indicating the presence of criminal elements, are under investigation.

Only in the investigative department of the NSS of Armenia, around 150 individuals (including the President of Artsakh, commanders of the Defense Army, an advisor to the President of Artsakh, the deputy commander of the Defense Army, the former secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, and others) have been interrogated regarding the events and actions that occurred in the southern direction of Artsakh and towards Shushi.
