Armenian Film Shot in Artsakh Removed from Festival at Azerbaijan's Request

Another Armenian film has faced discrimination at an international festival. Within the framework of the CIS countries' "Eurasia.DOC 2021" documentary film festival, director Armen Khachatryan's documentary film "Unfinished Memories" was set to screen on October 1 at the "Belarus" cinema in Minsk. This film is a co-production between Hayk Documentary Film Studio and Margins Media Production Company.

The film tells the story of brave women serving in the Armenian army, with some of the shooting taking place in Artsakh. However, on September 25, it was pulled from the festival program due to threats from Azerbaijan, and the festival's management has been unable to take any action to rectify the situation.
