Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was presented with the Life Park project to be established in Yerevan's Botanical Garden, near the trees protected by the Honor Guard on the Republic Square of Yerevan. This information was reported by the Press Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia.
The park, which will cover an area of 25-30 hectares, will feature trees symbolizing the lives and presence of all victims of the Artsakh wars, while a tree of life will symbolize all our martyrs and their sacrifices for the homeland.
In his message dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Armenia's independence, the Prime Minister stated that the park will be a place where children will run, make noise, and play, while young people will have recreation, and adults will stroll and converse. “This park will stand as a reminder of those who gave their lives for the existence of these people, for the life of Armenia and Artsakh, and for the peaceful and developing Armenian statehood that they built. Here, in the heart of this illuminated square, surrounded by the flags of Armenia and protected by the Honor Guard, these trees will be transferred to the Botanical Garden, symbolizing the start of a new era in the history of the Republic of Armenia and the dawn of an era of peaceful development,” noted Nikol Pashinyan.
