Another Victim Transferred to Hospital in Former MP's Son's Shooting Incident: He Hid from Law Enforcement

Yesterday, SАmshyan.com reported that one of the young men injured by gunfire near "Cinema Moscow" on Abovyan Street, 23-year-old Arman Khachatryan from the Tavush region, had died in the intensive care unit without regaining consciousness. ArmLur.am informs that the investigative body has identified the person allegedly responsible for the gunfire, who is currently being sought.

Furthermore, it was recently revealed to the reporter that, as a result of the gunfire on September 24 on Abovyan Street near "Cinema Moscow," another person has been transferred to the hospital. It is said that he had been hiding from law enforcement and that the injury caused by the firearm was so severe that it necessitated hospitalization.

As is known, on September 24, 2021, gunfire erupted on Abovyan Street, resulting in injuries to former MP from the Republican Party of Armenia, Gagik Melikyan's son, 24-year-old Sergey Melikyan, as well as another individual who later died in the hospital. Now, once again, another young man is being hospitalized due to the same shooting incident. It has been reported that three individuals were injured from the gunfire.

A criminal case has been initiated at the 3rd investigative department under Article 34-104, part 2, point 1 and Article 235, part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
