What Goals Does Erdogan Pursue with His Plan: Russian Turkologist
Russian Turkologist Vladimir Avatkov has written on his Telegram channel about the implications of Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan's proposed 'five or more worlds' plan. According to Avatkov, this means a world where Turkey is a global power, and the old great powers pay former vassals for every change in climate.
Secondly, Avatkov states that this refers to Turkey having different borders, as Erdogan has noted that Turkey's physical borders differ from those that exist in the heart. According to these differing borders, Turkey also includes Batumi, Cyprus, Thessaloniki, Aleppo, and Mosul. For additional enumerations, Avatkov believes that time has simply not been enough.
Thirdly, this is a vision of the world based on the justice perceived by Turkey, where it is the leader of Islamic and Turkic worlds. Finally, fourthly, it refers to a Turkey that acts as a hub, whose security is provided by drones and nuclear Pakistan, with resources supplied by Azerbaijan and Central Asia, and which controls entire regions through its lobbyists.
The political scientist noted that all of this could become a reality if current trends continue.
