We Need to Regulate Relations with Turkey, This Regulation Should Be Gradual - Grigoryan

Both during the pre-election phase and after the elections, we have talked about establishing peace in the entire region, opening an era of peace, and ensuring stability, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan stated in an interview with reporters after a government meeting.

“Within that framework, we also need to regulate our relations with Turkey, and that regulation should be gradual. We are convinced that one of the ways to normalize those relations is to have dialogue at high and supreme levels. As we have stated at various political levels, Armenia is ready to normalize relations with Turkey; relevant statements and political steps have also been taken in that regard,” Grigoryan said.

Regarding the status of Artsakh, the Security Council Secretary noted that the only and important platform for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh issue is the OSCE Minsk Group. He found Aliyev's statements that Armenia should refrain from discussing the status of Karabakh incomprehensible.
