Video: Minister Compares Bonuses to the Sun, 'Rises and Sets Every Day'
The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, Vardan Tumanyan, confirmed during a meeting with journalists today that he received a bonus on the occasion of September 21. However, the Minister requested that this not be referred to as a 'bonus,' but rather as a 'surcharge' or 'extra pay.' He also urged journalists not to be surprised by this fact.
