Azerbaijan Has Applied to Russia for New Types of Weapons and Military Equipment

Azerbaijan has already submitted applications to Russia for the procurement of new types of weapons and military equipment. This was stated by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with National Defense magazine.

“We are doing good work in all areas, including defense cooperation. Naturally, we are currently considering new developments; technical teams are exploring new opportunities, and we have already submitted certain requests. Therefore, cooperation with Russia in this direction could develop,” Aliyev stated.

He expressed confidence that the cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan will continue to grow in the future.
