Exercising Troops Show That Baku and Ankara Have No Desire to Establish Peace: Vanetsyan
In recent days, various unacceptable and provocative statements have been made by Azerbaijan against Armenia's friendly nation, Iran, accompanied by clear anti-Iranian actions aimed at creating another wave of destabilization and new risks and challenges in the region. This was stated by Arthur Vanetsyan, a member of the 'Honorary' faction.
'The periodic military exercises conducted in Azerbaijan in collaboration with Turkey clearly demonstrate that official Baku and Ankara have no desire to build their long-term policy within the framework of achieving regional peace and have aggressive expansionist aspirations not only towards Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh. Therefore, I consider it extremely important, especially at this stage, to enhance multilateral ties with Armenia's friendly countries, elevating these relations to a new qualitative level, and providing unwavering support for each other in areas of mutual interest on the international stage, which will indeed make the establishment of long-term justice and dignified peace in our region a reality,' he wrote.
