Metakse Hakobyan, a member of the Artsakh Parliament and part of the "Justice" faction, posted a video on her Facebook page stating: "Arayik Harutyunyan, Nikol Pashinyan, this is your gift to the Armenian nation on the 30th anniversary of Armenia's independence. The video shows the enemy convoy on the Stepanakert-Red Market road, capturing the enemy-held Aknaghbyur. The author of the video and the image is me. 21.09.21."
