Car veers off road and overturns on the way to Kari Lake

On September 21 at 11:54 AM, alerts were received at the Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center regarding a traffic accident on the road leading to Kari Lake.

A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that an ‘Opel Astra’ vehicle (driver: D. D., born 1997) had veered off the roadway and overturned.

Before rescuers arrived, passenger T. A. (born 1996) was hospitalized at the Ashtarak Medical Center, where medical staff assessed their condition as moderately severe.

The rescuers provided first aid to passenger V. B. (born 1996), who refused hospitalization. Another passenger, G. M. (born 1996), was also hospitalized at the Ashtarak Medical Center, where medical staff deemed their condition satisfactory.

Rescuers disconnected the vehicle's battery and closed the gas tank valve, and then, in cooperation with police officers, they managed to reposition the vehicle.
