Protest by Families of the Fallen in Front of the Government

A rehearsal for the concert dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence is currently taking place. Families of the fallen are gathering near the Government building, demanding the cancellation of tomorrow's event.

Earlier, the Government had published the agenda for the September 21 events. At 09:00, high-ranking officials will visit the "Yerablur" military cemetery. At 12:00, a ceremony of awards will take place at the residence of the President of Armenia. From 14:00, the marching of units from Armenia's security forces will proceed through the capital's streets. Finally, at 20:00, the main event dedicated to Independence Day will be held at Republic Square in Yerevan.
