Pashinyan Sends Congratulations and Condolences to Putin

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of the "United Russia" party's victory in the State Duma elections, followed by condolences regarding the human casualties from the incident in Perm.

According to information from the Armenian government regarding the content of the messages: “Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, please accept my sincere congratulations on the convincing victory of the "United Russia" party in the State Duma elections. The results of the elections testify to the support of the Russian citizens for the political course consistently pursued by the leadership of the country. I wish you, Vladimir Vladimirovich, the implementation of all ideas and future projects directed towards the prosperity and well-being of the Russian people. I am confident that the close cooperation between the newly elected National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the newly formed State Duma will be a significant contribution to the strengthening of Armenian-Russian allied relations.”

In the message regarding the incident in Perm, it states: “Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, I learned with deep sorrow about the casualties and injuries in the tragic incident at the Perm State National Research University. On behalf of the entire Armenian people and myself, I extend my sincere condolences to you, the families of the victims, and their loved ones, and wish all the injured a speedy recovery,” the telegram reads.
