VIDEO: Armenian Citizens Completely Unprotected on Goris-Kapan Highway, Azerbaijanis Release New Footage

Today, it has been reported that a new incident involving Azerbaijani forces occurred on the Goris-Kapan highway. Azerbaijani troops stopped a minibus transporting children, conducted a search, and simultaneously removed emblems affixed to the minibus, particularly the flag of Artsakh. The footage has spread through Telegram channels. Russian peacekeepers observed the incident and intervened, escorting the children away.

This incident demonstrates that Azerbaijan is not upholding any of its commitments. Armenian citizens are completely unprotected on this road.
