Shots Heard Again in Taghavard, David Torosyan Reports

David Torosyan, president of the "For the Armenian Soldier" NGO and coordinator of the "Military Info" website, wrote on his Facebook page: "The Azerbaijani side has violated the ceasefire in the direction of Taghavard; today in the village, shots were last heard about an hour ago, and prior to that around 7:30. It is interesting that the Azerbaijani side continues its well-known information policy. While violating the ceasefire, it also spreads information on various social media platforms claiming that the Armenian side has opened fire."
