“What is happening in the Vorotan section of the Goris-Kapan road demonstrates the audacity of the Azerbaijanis. This not only affects the government of the Republic of Armenia but also creates a basis for them to have an advantage over Iran,” said Seyran Ohanyan, the head of the 'Hayastan' faction, in an interview with 24News, speaking about the establishment of an Azerbaijani police checkpoint on the interstate Goris-Kapan road.

“There has been talk of a secret agreement for a long time, that these territories are being prepared to be handed over to Azerbaijan. However, the ruling elite has not provided any explanations. The NSS must appear before the sessions of the National Assembly and provide an explanation to dispel public doubts. There are concerns that one day we will wake up to find that certain areas have ended up in Azerbaijan’s territory, as happened on November 9,” noted the faction leader.
