Video: Bus Collision in Turkey Involving Tourists and Schoolchildren; One Dead, About 50 Hospitalized

In the southwestern Turkish province of Muğla, tourist and school transport buses collided, as reported by Cumhuriyet newspaper, citing РИА Новости.

The bus carrying tourists mainly had visitors from Ukraine, and it is not ruled out that Russians were also on board. Preliminary reports indicate that the driver suffered a heart attack and died on the spot.

A total of 41 tourists have been taken to the hospital. Among the injured are 41 tourists, seven students, and the driver of the school bus. All of them have been hospitalized.

The Russian Consulate General is in contact with Turkish authorities to clarify details.
