Hayk Harutyunyan Announces Water Strike After 20-Day Hunger Strike in Fizgorodok
After a 20-day hunger strike, Hayk Harutyunyan has announced a water strike following today's illegal actions, reports the 'FizGorodok Yerevan' Facebook page.
“The city hall is rectifying the developer's illegal actions and distributing indulgence documents, retroactively legalizing the wall and construction site built without permission. To date, we have not been provided with information regarding Article 60 of the Land Code. The construction is not suspended, despite the criminal case being initiated. I demand these measures be taken immediately,” he stated.
The publication mentions that the Yerevan city hall, the RA police, the prosecutor's office, and all officials whose criminal inaction has led to these consequences are responsible for the harm caused to human health and the disruption of the normal life of the neighborhood's residents.
