A Man Attempted to Choke a 9-Year-Old Student in a Street Near Moscow

In Solnechnogorsk, near Moscow, a man attempted to choke a 9-year-old schoolgirl in the street. The attack was captured on camera, as reported by RIA Novosti.

In the published footage, the assailant can be seen approaching the girl and suddenly grabbing her by the neck and pulling her away. The child later told law enforcement that the man asked her whether she wanted to live. The girl screamed, which caught the attention of a neighbor, after which the man fled in fear.

There is also information that the man stole the girl's phone. According to Channel 360, the criminal has been arrested and a criminal case has been initiated.
