Video: Ceremony of Oath for Pashinyan and Cabinet Members

On September 10, a ceremony for the oath of the cabinet members took place at the residence of the President of the Republic of Armenia, attended by President Armen Sarkissian.

The first to take the oath was Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, followed by the cabinet members, who recited the text stipulated by legislation:

“In the name of fulfilling national objectives and strengthening the homeland, I swear to diligently fulfill my obligations to the people, to uphold the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, to contribute to the preservation of the sovereignty and interests of the Republic of Armenia, and to remain loyal to the high mission of a member of the Government.”

At the end of the ceremony, President Armen Sarkissian congratulated the Prime Minister and cabinet members, wishing them effective work for the benefit of the state and the people.
