Muradov Sends 2 Armored Personnel Carriers to the Scene and Orders Destruction of Azerbaijani Equipment

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the relations between the Russian peacekeepers stationed in Artsakh and the Azerbaijanis are becoming increasingly tense. Recently, the Azerbaijanis have been carrying out daily provocations, blocking roads in the Shushi area, violating ceasefire regimes by firing sporadically, and at times also directing fire towards Stepanakert.

According to sources in Artsakh, the Azerbaijani side is deliberately provoking incidents to demonstrate that they are in control of the situation, while the peacekeepers are temporary and have not established peace. Our sources believe that the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia are giving them a green light, as they do not respond to these provocations, do not issue statements regarding ceasefire violations, do not send notes, and do not draw the attention of the international community to the incidents.

Recently, Azerbaijanis have concentrated equipment at the beginning of the road leading to Shushi, allegedly to repair the road. The road connecting Stepanakert was blocked for several hours, and the news reached the peacekeepers. Rustam Muradov contacted the Azerbaijani commander, who responded that they were doing well, saying, "It’s our road, we can do whatever we want." Muradov sent 2 armored personnel carriers to the "scene" and ordered the destruction of the Azerbaijani equipment. They followed through, pushing the tractor that had blocked the road into the gorge.

It is noted that Muradov’s term of service has expired, and according to our information, he will be replaced by Major General Mikhail Kosobokov.
