Arayik Harutyunyan Has Not Signed the Resignation Request of the Commander of the Defense Army

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has not signed the resignation request of Defense Army Commander Mikael Arzumanyan. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Artsakh, Lusine Avanesyan, in a conversation with Armenpress.

Reports have been circulating in the media that the Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Mikael Arzumanyan, has written a resignation request and that he will be replaced by the Chief of Staff of the Defense Army, Kamo Vardanyan.
