Car in which rapper 2Pac was killed in 1996 to be auctioned for starting price of $1.7 million
A BMW 750IL sedan, the vehicle in which legendary rapper Tupac Shakur was mortally wounded in 1996, will be auctioned in Las Vegas. According to the Daily Mail, the starting price for the car is $1.7 million.
The report details that the musician was sitting in the passenger seat when shots were fired at him. The bullet holes that once marked the vehicle, reminiscent of the assassination that took place over two decades ago, have now been repaired.
The investigation into the rapper's murder remains unresolved. Tupac passed away six days after the incident in a hospital.
