Collision on Yerevan-Ararat Highway Involving Mercedes and VAZ 2107 Results in One Fatality

On September 7, at around 17:00, a collision occurred between a Mercedes and a VAZ 2107 on the Yerevan-Ararat highway in the administrative area of Mayisyan village.

According to reporter Gagik Shamshyan present at the scene, one person was pronounced dead at the site of the accident, while another sustained injuries and was transported to the 'Mayisyan' medical center.

A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the incident. The police and investigative department are working to identify the drivers, the deceased, and the injured party.
