Have you finished the unfinished construction of the North-South highway? The construction of the Tumanyan-Bagratasen customs checkpoint section of the Armenia-Georgia interstate highway, which spans 51.7 km, has been ongoing for 3 years, yet completion is still not in sight. According to the plan, reconstruction of that road was supposed to be completed by autumn 2020.”
