Major Car Accident in Shirak Region: Rescuers and Citizens Extract Injured from Vehicle

On September 5, a major car accident occurred in the Shirak region, as reported by shamshyan.com.

At approximately 19:00, a Nissan Teana vehicle lost control under unspecified circumstances in the administrative area of Shirak village, veering off the road and crashing into trees along the Vanadzor highway.

As a result of the accident, 22-year-old Lorik Movsisyan and 21-year-old Lernik Ghazaryan, who were in the vehicle, sustained injuries and were transported to Gyumri Medical Center.

Fire-rescue teams disconnected the vehicle's power supply, closed the gas cylinder valve, and secured the area. The police are working to identify the driver.
