Fatal Collision in Ararat Region Involving Mercedes and Opel

Today, on September 6, a major and tragic traffic accident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 18:10, in the administrative area of Noramarg village on the Masis-Noramargh highway, a collision took place between a Mercedes and an Opel Astra.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, two individuals sustained bodily injuries and were transported to the Masis medical center. The first to assist the injured were local citizens and the quickly arrived rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Masis fire and rescue squad.

Rescue workers extracted one of the victims from the vehicle, who unfortunately succumbed to their injuries on the way to the hospital.
