Do You Share Ghazinyan's Position that Robert Kocharyan Committed Treason by Excluding Artsakh from Negotiations? – Poghossian
Do you share Arthur Ghazinyan's position that Robert Kocharyan, by excluding Artsakh from the negotiating table in 1998, committed state treason? This was stated by Kristine Poghossian, a deputy from the ruling 'My Step' faction, during a meeting of the National Assembly’s Defense Committee, addressing the 'Armenia' faction's secretary Artur Minasyan.
Artur Minasyan noted that he does not know if Arthur Ghazinyan made such a statement. “Of course, I cannot share a viewpoint that pertains to decisions made during our difficult periods, which have had a significant impact on our state and our biography. I reaffirm that Robert Kocharyan’s actions could not have led to the exclusion of Artsakh from the negotiation process,” the deputy emphasized.
