Criminal Case Initiated Regarding Construction Issues at "Fizgorodok" Clarified by Gor Abrahamyan

I inform and confirm that a criminal case has been initiated regarding construction issues at the address of the Alikhanian brothers 6/1, more commonly known as "Fizgorodok," based on the characteristics of Article 308, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. This was stated by Gor Abrahamyan, an advisor to the Attorney General of Armenia, on his Facebook page.

The criminal case was initiated on August 30, 2021, at the prosecutor's office for the Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan, based on reports submitted by several individuals and materials prepared by the Mashtots Police Department.

The criminal case has been sent to the Investigative Division of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia for the Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts, and the preliminary investigation has already commenced. The prosecutor's office will ensure effective and appropriate prosecutorial oversight in the case to carry out an objective, comprehensive, and thorough investigation, to reveal all circumstances within its scope, and to provide legal assessments, Abrahamyan wrote.
