An Azerbaijani national has been arrested in Siberia for recruiting "jihadists." This information was reported by a source from Wargonzo within the law enforcement agencies of the Krasnoyarsk region.
The citizen of Azerbaijan, identified as Sh.Ya. Mahmudov, was apprehended in Norilsk. It has been revealed that while serving a sentence for a previous crime in one of the penal colonies, Mahmudov recruited Muslims among the prisoners for the terrorist organization ISIS.
