Will the Satellite Footage of the 44-Day War End Up in the Hands of the Opposition?

According to the "Hraparak" newspaper, representatives from a country with artificial satellites in space have contacted certain circles within the Armenian opposition and offered to provide them with some footage related to Armenia.

Among these is the complete footage of the 44-day war, which, when reviewed, can give a clear understanding of the tactics employed by Azerbaijan during those 44 days and how Armenia was defeated. We were unable to ascertain what their response was to this offer.
