What Agreement Did Tavush Governor Hayk Ghulumyan Sign?

Tavush Governor Hayk Ghulumyan received Vahram Karapetyan, the Director of the Moscow House in Yerevan, a Moscow cultural and educational center.

Welcoming the guest, the governor expressed his gratitude for the efficient cooperation and confirmed his readiness to support the implementation of joint projects in the region.

Subsequently, various topics of mutual interest were discussed, relating to potential programs and projects in different sectors. The center is set to conduct free Russian language courses for children aged 7-14 in the region.

At the end of the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed, under which the parties will contribute to the promotion of Russian and Armenian history and culture.
