Video: The Scandalous Recording of Yerevan's School No. 122 Sent to Police by City Hall
The spokesperson for the Yerevan City Hall, Hakob Karapetyan, addressed the recently published recording concerning School No. 122 in Yerevan.
On September 2, 2021, an article titled “Bribery and Salary ‘Cut’ at Yerevan's School No. 122” was published on the Fact-Checking Platform website (link provided in the comments) regarding the principal of School No. 122, Marina Malakhyan, allegedly taking a bribe from teacher Meline Hakobyan for hiring her, and now demanding a portion of her salary.
Considering that the published material contains information related to a crime, Yerevan's Mayor has instructed that this material along with the existing recordings be sent to the Police of the Republic of Armenia to verify the circumstances and take appropriate action.
It is noteworthy that recently, teacher Meline Hakobyan approached FIP.am and reported that the same school principal, Marina Malakhyan, had taken a bribe from her for employment and is now demanding a part of her salary. The teacher has presented recordings, revealing the validity of her claims.
