Azerbaijan Conducts Major Construction in Shushi: 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper reports that Azerbaijan is conducting extensive construction in Shushi. In addition to roads and tunnels, a high-voltage power station has also been built. Just a few meters away from the substation that supplies Shushi, constructed during the Soviet era, a new facility has been erected on the road leading to Shushi within a few months, which powers and lights up the city.

The opulent illumination of Shushi, bathed in Azerbaijani lights, can even be seen from Stepanakert. Along the road, Russian and Azerbaijani border guards are stationed. The Russians check the passports of visitors entering Artsakh under the gaze of Azerbaijani soldiers.
